Here is the Detailed Program for BMSB 2023(V14.0). All times are for the CST(China Standard Time) timezone.
To participate, please follow the Instructions for Presentations.
To participate the Young Professionals(YP) activity, please follow the Call for Participation in IEEE BTS Young Professionals Workshop.
Conference Program
BMSB 2023 will be held as a hybrid conference where remote speakers will present their work using the Whova event platform. We require all
oral presentations to give their talk live in their allotted time slot.
However, to cope with possible connectivity issues, each remote oral speaker is also required to record and submit a
PowerPoint presentation(.ppt) with audio of her/his talk.
In case there are connectivity problems that prevent the speaker from the live presentation, the pre-recorded ppt with audio
presentation will be played, but the oral speaker has to take all means to present his/her talk live. In any case, at least one of the paper’s authors must be
online for the live Q&A. If not, the paper will be flagged as “a no-show” and will not be published in IEEE Xplore.
If your paper is accepted as a poster paper, you will also be asked to prepare a poster in a PDF file for the poster session.
If you attend the conference in person, please print your poster in A0 size in advance and bring it to the conference venue.
More details on preparing your presentation files are outlined below.
